WP1. Management of ADAPT-MED

 

The overall objective of WP1 is to ensure a sound and efficient management of ADAPT-MED. More generally, this WP will deal with: financial management and reporting issues (mid-term report and final report); the consortium agreement development and implementation; the development and maintenance of the project web site (including sections for an intranet accessible only by the ADAPT-MED research partners);  the organisation and facilitation of ADAPT-MED management meetings (three meetings, see below); the organisation and facilitation of regular web-based/tel-conf team meeting; the quality assurance for all deliverables of ADAPT-MED; the establishment of synergies with parallel research projects and

initiatives on climate change adaptation.; etc.
